Returns Policy

For any claims please return your online order to our Distribution Centre within 14 days of purchasing your order for a full refund.

Please note, returned product(s) MUST be in original condition, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit (so please pack your returned goods properly), or product(s).

Return shipping and handling costs are not covered by this policy.

Please note any items received outside of our 14 days return period will be returned to you. Also please note that any claims or exchange request older than 14 days after the order has been delivered won’t be considered. 

Returns will be processed within 5 days, this may vary during busy periods and please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

For security reasons, we are unable to accept hand-carried returns.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, then any return or claims will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

My first impression is that the cream itself is nothing like I’ve seen before - the gold specks really make it unique. The smell is also divine, very luxurious without being overwhelming.
